What happens next?
Following an expression of interest from you, I will arrange a meeting to clarify the roles of the key employees and stakeholders and what you feel the issues are. I ask you about the organisaiton’s history as well as the current situation.

After this meeting I will write up my understanding of the issues you wish to address and send this to you. If you then wish to proceed we will identify the key players and sub groups that I will need to meet with and agree the time frame and fee.

How I work
I spend time with teams and their managers, sub groups and stakeholders to understand how they see the issues within and between the structures of the organisation.

Having met with these key players I will meet you again and agree what the focus for my work should be (for example, interpersonal work with specific teams or facilitation of thinking about future progress with different parts of the organisation). We will then agree a further timetable for me to carry out the work.

Time Commitment
The assessment meeting and follow-up meeting normally take two hours. The interpersonal process consultancy with your organisation may be spread over several weeks or months. Time is sometimes needed to assimilate new ways of thinking and working. I offer interim contact to the manager during the consultation process.
